Multicultural background
Here Huseyin aka Huey talks about his life experiences and the impact of prejudice on his life as someone from a multicultural background. He highlights how he had to change his name due to how he had been treated earlier in his life and about how he is now trying to reclaim the parts of himself that he had to change and hide at a young age.
A multicultural background is a background consisting of or relating to parents of parts of families with many different nationalities and cultures.
