Introduction

Reflective writing is the way to evidence your reflective thinking. Since it is your writing that is assessed, it is important you are able to articulate your reflections well. This section will introduce you to reflective writing and will look at what makes it distinctive.

...and yes, you do need to use 'I' because it is about YOUR thoughts!
