Library help and contact information

The Library homepage offers lots of help and support and is the entry point for accessing our services. The main menu is at the top of the screen, and includes links for Using the Library and the Skills Team.

On our Help page there are links for getting in touch with us if you have not been able to find the answer to your question.

When you contact us, please identify yourself as a Hull Online student so that we know you have specific needs and can give you the most appropriate support.

Using other university libraries in the UK and Ireland

SCONUL Access is a scheme that allows many university library users to use study spaces or books and journals at other libraries that are part of the scheme. Access to other libraries' eResources is not included in SCONUL access because of licensing restrictions.

Please note, you need to be able to visit the library in person so the scheme is only available to students based in the UK and Ireland.
