Assignments
Assignments obviously play a large part of University life. Almost all of your assignments will be submitted through Canvas.
The best thing to do when starting a new module is to click the Assignments tab. This will take you to the page listing all of the assignments for that module. Here you can see when they are due and all of the information about what is required for the assignment.
Submitting Assignments
There are many different types of assignments that you may be asked to submit during your degree. Here are the main types available within Canvas and links to support in understanding how to go about submitting.
- File upload - such as an essay written in Word
- Text entry
Once the file has been uploaded you will see a confirmation message on the screen. It also allows you to resubmit, provided the end date for submissions has not elapsed.
