Getting started with EndNote 20 or 21
We are aware that the default version now available is EndNote 21 and that some of the instructions in this video now require you to choose EndNote 21 instead of 20. Other instructions should still be relevant. The Support portal has also changed slightly but you can search for 'endnote' on either Hubble (for students) or the Staff Portal (for staff) and you should get the option to choose "Software: EndNote for Home Use".
