Welcome to the Subject Guide for Medicine (HYMS)

Welcome to this Subject Guide, which brings together key resources and information for students and staff in the Department.

A summary of NHS services is available by typing Coronavirus into our regular FAQs. These also provide additional information and guidance about accessing our e-resources, using the University, VPNs, etc. 

You can contact us, your Academic Liaison Librarians, for help via email or to arrange an appointment via video chat or phone. Please don't hesitate to get in touch if you need support.

The Brynmor Jones Library is open seven days a week, please check for opening times. If you wish to work in the Library you must Book a seat. The Library is also running a click and collect service. The Skills Team are offering online appointments and a series of webinars will be offered in Trimester 2. Please see the Skills Team pages for more information.

Lots of our services are continuing during lockdown, and the Morrell, Fairhurst and Burton are open seven days a week, from 9am to 7pm. You'll find all the relevant information in our News item. Also, check out the video below on using the library at a distance.
